Things everyone should experience at least once in life

Slow mornings.
Waking up without the pressure of rushing through the day (and life) is a rare blessing.
Getting out of bed slowly, making your own tea or coffee, and sipping it quietly; it meditative.Watching nature.
Trees, birds, rain, sunrise, or sunset. There's something primal about watching the nature unfold.
Put your phone down. Sit by a window, or step out onto a balcony. Observe how nature unfolds its patters.
Watch a kingfisher fly happily from branch to branch, singing beautiful melodies. He's just celebrating another sunrise. Its enough for him.
A sunrise or sunset feels like nature painting the sky with its finest brushstrokes.
Watching nature is like witnessing the most complex machine operate with grace.Being loved by pets.
One of the few forms of truly unconditional love you might ever receive.
If you've had a dog or a cat (or any animal companion), you've probably known a love that expects nothing.
The way they look at you, snuggle while you sleep; its divine.Falling asleep quickly.
One of the most under appreciated blessings in life.
Being able to slip into deep sleep within seconds or minutes is rare.
If you can, cherish it. It means your body and mind trust the moment enough to let go.
I think I was wrong when I said, 'things everyone should have'. But its not about having. Its about feeling. And noticing.
There are more. But thats all for today.
